Study on the Change of the Metal-bonded Diamond arc Grinding Wheels Radius Dressing Online

摘要：

　　Grinding wheel dressing plays an important role in grinding efficiency and quality of SiC mirror.A cup-shaped electrode spark erosion material model based on geome-tric relationships was established to study the radius change of the arc wheel in the dressing process.The electrode consumption constant k =3.83 was determined by single factor experiment.The model can be used for the quantitative dressing of grinding wheel, which is of great significance to the mirror surface grinding of aspheric mirror.
