Development of the Electric Rust Preventive Machining Method System-Ultra-Precision Machining and Sustainable Development with Clean Water Machining for Future Green Factory

  In factory, influence for environment load by production is matter of concern for future.In recent machining factory, machining fluid (coolant, lubricant) such as cutting oil, grinding fluid has been used.Because the machining fluid contains several chemicals (oil, surface active agent, extreme pressure agent, anti-rust agent, biocide etc.), dirt and smell of factory, and human health hazard are afraid.Moreover, disposal cost and environmental load with waste fluid are important problem.Then, the electric rust preventive machining method system (water machining system) that uses harmless water (tap water etc.) as machining fluid has been proposed and developed for clean ultra-precision machining and clean factory to sustainable development.
