Study on the Relationship Between Customer Experience and Brand Identification of Service Industry
The article study the consumption experience of consumer with service brand, it proposes the general concept and methods how service enterprises build the service brand experience structure and design the service process that stimulates customer experience, it stressed the important role of customer participation so as to make the specific and concrete strategies and methods of service experience brand for the service enterprises that competitively.
