Overview on Research of Customer Satisfaction Degree

In this paper, the definition of customer satisfaction and related factors affecting customer satisfaction as well as customer satisfaction model were discussed. According to existing problems of research on current customer satisfaction degree, the paper put forward the direction of further research, which provided some suggestions to improve research of customer satisfaction.
