The Discussion of Application Marketing Talents Training Mode of Local Undergraduate Colleges Based on the Business Needs
This article puts forward to four problems, a marketing professional training objectives not adjusting to the requirements of enterprises, the lack of the curriculum setting mechanism corresponding to the actual needs of enterprises, marketing professional teaching methods falling behind, marketing professional teaching teachers lacking through studying the marketing professional teaching mode. The article thinks that application marketing talents are trained from the beginning of the transformation of the training mode, thefour 1 training mode should be constructed. The article proposes four measures that clearing training objectives and changing training plan; establishing curriculum mechanism based on four 1; improving marketing professional teaching method; strengthening marketing professional teaching construction mechanism.
