The Empirical Research on Financing Instrument Choosing of Chinas SME Listed Companies

摘要：

Based on the date of the small and medium-sized board listed companies, this paper establishes a regression model, using regression analysis method for empirical research, checking the influences of financing options with the regression analysis, explaining the results of the analysis which is not in conformity with the theory.
