Academic Competitions: The Road of Marketing Innovative Talents Cultivation in Marketing Major---Xinyu University as Example
This article analyzes problems about marketing innovative talents cultivation of university in china; proposes to develop academic competitions as the main method to cultivate marketing innovative talents, builds models which encourage students to participant in academic competition and applied in the teaching practice, accordingly gain excellent teaching effect. The author elaborated in the aspects of introducing academic competitions into graduation project, building training practical teaching model in form of competition and setting up course academic competitions.
