To Bridge Domestic Producer Services by Analysing the Quality Gap Based on the Quality Gap Model

摘要：

the rapid development of producer services has become an important indicator, which measures the level of economic development of countries, but its development is conditioned by quality of services. The low quality of service in China is a notable feature as well as producer services. The paper, firstly establishes the quality gap model of producer services with the characteristics of producer services, then analyzes the reasons of quality gap, and at last gives some suggestions for bridging the gap and improving the services quality.
