Research on the Impact Path and Strategies of Technology Diffusion for Information Resource Industry

摘要：

The development of Information Resource Industry (IRI) is significant for accelerating Chinas economic structural adjustment and changing the mode of economic increase. This paper conducts research on the impact path of technology anxiety on technology diffusion in IRI base on the perspective of technology anxiety, and finds that with regard to IRI, which is proved to be technology-intensive, technology anxiety has impact on technology diffusion by influencing relative organizational factors, and maintaining a certain degree of anxiety will help to promote organizational technology diffusion. Basing on those findings, this paper putts forward several management strategies of government, industry associations and practitioner organizations to improve technology diffusion in IRI by controlling technology anxiety.
