An In-depth Analysis of the Multinational Corporate Governance Problem to the Chinese State-owned Mining Enterprises
Due to the particularity of mining enterprises operating, it is paid to more and more specially consideration for the governance of these kinds of enterprises. This article makes a in-depth analysis to this problem. Firstly, we make a review and summary to those domestic and foreign scholars research on the multinational corporate governance. Then we discuss the specific characters and existing some main governance problems of this kind of enterprises. Meanwhile, we put forward three-level factors to consider the multinational corporate governance of these enterprises. At last, we summary some useful ways to improve the multinational governance efficiency based on above analysis.
