Research on Availability of Corporate Governance Model and Corporate Governance Structure
The availability of corporate governance structure is an important aspect of the research on corporate governance. Especially, after the global financial crisis, the problem is attached more importance. The research on the availability of corporate governance structure is more general from the balance mechanism among the board of shareholders, directors, supervisors and managers based on the traditional organizational perspectives. However, we will focus on the availability of the corporate governance model and the corporate governance structure through induction and deduction. Especially, how is the availability influenced by the nature of the biggest shareholders influence? We will make some special research on the availability of the government dominant governance structure, the family oriented governance structure and the corporate dominant governance structure, at the same time put forward some corresponding improvement paths.
