Game Analysis on Rural Financial Institutions Entrance and the Pattern Choice
There are widespread financial repression phenomenons in developing countries, which become the bottleneck of their economic development. In the vast rural areas of China, this phenomenon is very serious. Although supervisor allowed small financial institutions entering into rural financial market in 2006, but there are still many problems of current rural finance in China, such as imprecise financial institutions positioning, absence of service in many fields, serious flight of rural funds, poor rural credit environment, which have severely restricted the industrial structure adjustment in rural area and the coordinated development of the rural economy. Generally speaking, the lack of institution supply or the absence of market competition body is the fundamental problem of rural finance. The entrance of rural financial institutions is fundamental way out for expanding rural financial competition, increasing the rural financial services, relieving rural financial repression, promoting the development of rural economy. The essay firstly analyses the entrance of rural financial institutions and its pattern choice based on game analysis, and then provides conclusive comments and policy suggestions.
