An Analysis of Wage Consultation in China under the Background of Transitional Economy
With the entry into WTO, the economic system reform of China has deepened than before gradually. The changed benefit patterns have brought dramatic contradictions between employers and employees, so salary allocation is the core issue of labor-capital contradictions. Wage consultation is an important way-to solve salary allocation problems. In 2010, Guangdong became the first province to set up its own regulations for wage consultation. By theoretical and practical analyses, the writer researches the establishment and implementation of this system, and makes the conclusion that wage consultation is a system beneficial for both employers and employees to resolve labor-capital contradictions. Then, the writer puts forward some suggestions on its improvement in the future.
