College Graduates Employment Difficulty: Based on Perspective of Rigid Wages and Benefits

摘要：

Based on four industries (health, social security and social welfare and public administration and social organization, education, manufacturing) of college graduates employment concentration analysis, we find the wages and benefits are rigid downward. In order to solve the problem of employment, salary variability of administrative and institution should be increased, relevant market segmentation system and social security system should be reformed.
