Game Analysis on Optimal Incentive Contract Mechanism of Supplementary Pension Plan

摘要：

As an important part of the social insurance, supplementary pension plan can not only ensure better living standard after employee retirement but play a part in improving employees motivation, enhancing creativity and promoting enterprises sustainable development. This paper analyzes the incentive mechanism in supplementary pension plan and proposes the suggestions on how to optimize the pension annuity design. By use of game theory the model of optimal incentive contract mechanism is set up and solved through the incentive process of supplementary pension plan. The conclusions can give the theoretical guidance on system design of enterprises supplementary pension plan.
