Proposals and Ideas on Chinas Income Distribution System Reform Policy

摘要：

The 17th Party Congress Report points out that it is crucial to deepen the reform of the income distribution system to make it scientific, rational and conforming the national conditions. It is for the vital interests of the people. Whereas Chinas current distribution system is not perfect. The immediate caused problems are income disparities, income distribution disorder, and deficient redistribution adjustment mechanism and so on. In order to implement the spirit of the Partys 17th Congress, it is necessary to fully understand the significance of deepening the reform of distribution system. It is essential to take different measures to reform and promote the scientific development of the distribution system, to increase the income of the residents for the building of a harmonious society.
