Incentive Research of High-tech Entrepreneurial Team based on Lifecycle Theory

The purpose of this paper is to explore how high-tech entrepreneurial team members incentive on different team lifecycle. Based on team lifecycle theory, this paper presents a specific definition of high-tech entrepreneurial team and then puts forward the hightech entrepreneurial team lifecycle model. By the empirical research method, this paper extracts the incentive factors of high-tech entrepreneurial team, in the mean time, tests the influencing strength of those driving factors in different lifecycle stages. After that, this paper raises the incentive model of high-tech entrepreneurial team members, and finally proposes the concrete implementation suggestion of motivation in different stages.
