Research of the Incentives System of the New Generation Employees

摘要：

With the new generation employees in the growing proportion of the enterprise, more and more enterprises begin to realize that they will be or have become the main force. Based on employee , motivation theory ,this paper have done analysis of the concept and characteristics of the new generation employees .In the end, incentive measures for the new generation of employees have been provided.
