The Research on a Staff Value-Based Incentive Mechanism
Future-oriented human resource management should be based on value-oriented, only through the effective incentives can we fully mobilize staff enthusiasm and change individual human capital of employees into the human capital of organization .This thesis, from the human resources value point of view, starts with the introduction of human resources evaluation model by which an incentive mechanism is constructed, which include profit sharing, stock distributing with appropriate weight as material reward showing a expectable prospect. This model is generated in purpose to inspire the staff. Example is utilized for revealing the role of individual value in the system of incentive regulation.
