The research on the flexible benefits plans design

In the competitive period, promotion and raise is no longer the unique demands of employees, they take more attention on benefits. At the same time, the content of employee benefits is becoming increasingly personalized and diversified. Traditional benefits system can not effectively to meet the different needs of employees, thus weaken the effect of the implementation of welfare. The concept of the flexible benefits emerges as the times require.
