Analysis on the Implementation of EAPs for Marketers
Modern enterprises are facing increasingly keen social competition and the first-line marketers are bearing much mental stress from life and work, which may have great effects on not only the marketers physical and mental health as well as their family relations but also the marketing teams of the enterprises and their performance growth. By using summary method, this paper puts forward some new ways on how to implement the EPAs(Employee Assistance Program) for the marketers, establishes the six essential systems, points out the importance of improving the marketers psychological capital and building humanistic care and summarizes some points to which should be paid more attention during the implementation of EAPs.
