Study on the Construction of Creative Talents Training System

摘要：

On the base of combing relevant literature, we put forward of the current problems in the creative talents training system. We think that the problems are mainly reflected at so as below: educational philosophy falls behind; students individual training is neglected; teaching methods is outdated, etc... A creative talents training system is constructed by updating the concept of education, strengthening the students personality and creative ability, building an innovative team of teachers and exploring new teaching methods and so on. These strengthen the mechanism construction of the creative talents training system.
