Construction of Flexible Talent Flow Mechanism model in Industry-University-Research Cooperation based on Game Theory

With the approaching of the era of knowledge economy, the old rigid management of human resource (HR) is becoming flexible. Compared to the previous flow of talent,the flexible flow more emphasis on the flexible flow of free movement of individuals and units employing independent, and focus on intelligence service pay attention to the effective development and utilization of person, knowledge and achievements. Game theory is the formal study of conflict and cooperation. This paper first Necessity of Construction of Flexible Talent Flow Mechanism In IUR Cooperation ,and then analyses uses game theory to analyze the selection problems of flexible talent flow mechanism in IUR cooperation,and establish a flexible talent flow mechanism model in IUR cooperation. The model includes three parts: the formation of flexible talent flow mechanism model and the management process of it.
