The Design of Migrant Workers Training Systems from Career Perspectives
With the developments of the urbanization and industrialization processes, the migrant workers turn increasingly into the necessary section to motivate the economic construction of our country and the advantage strength to carry on the international industry transfer. The training of migrant workers is not only filled with bright prospects, but also required by circumstances. On the basis of the definitions of migrant workers and their training system, this paper comes to the migrant workers training system through the investigation results of migrant workers training requirement.
