Research new and innovative training model

In this paper, factor analysis, correlation analysis, modeling, network analysis and other analytical methods and theory with practice and the ideological line, the relevant statistical data, information and computer technology combine to explore this innovative training model, analyzing the creative talents training model problems, such as colleges and universities innovative training model defects, the traditional teaching model restricts the formation of innovative thinking, students lack of innovative capacity and so on. On this basis, build innovation in teaching and training of personnel training to build innovative management model, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
