Study of Newcomer Training System Based on Organizational Socialization Content
As the new power of organization, newcomers would cast important impact on the sustainable development of organization. The newcomer training could accelerate their organizational socialization, improve working efficiency and promote development of enterprises that was sustained and stable. Therefore, this paper built the newcomer training system from the view of four factors of organizational socialization content, which included job competency, organizational politics, interpersonal relationship and organizational culture, and introduced the concrete flow and implementation points.
