Empirical Study on the Differences in Psychological Contract and Work Attitude between Labor Worker and Contract Worker
In the labor dispatching system, the nature of business there are two different corporate identities of employees, one is labor worker, and the other is contract worker. The paper empirically studies the differences in psychological contract and work attitude between labor worker and contract worker of the communication enterprises in Sichuan. Study finds that there are significant differences in organization norm responsibility, employee norm responsibility, affective commitment, turnover intention and other dimensions. The results have important value to human resource management.
