On Informative Service for Transferring Rural Surplus Labor Force to Central Plains Economic Region
The construction of the Central Plains Economic Region will form the state economy a new growth in the future and give great significance on the rise of the central region, the development of the western region and the eastern industrial adjustment. But because of the regional backward technology, it leads to lag behind relatively, which has seriously hindered the transfer of rural surplus labor force and consequently restricted the development of the Central Plains Economic Region. Therefore it must accelerate the human resource development, speed up the Informatization process in Zhongyuan Economic Zone to promote industrialization, urbanization and the development of rural industrialization. Informatization can expand the space of surplus labor force, realize the integration of urban and rural areas by the way of the three coordinate scientific development not at the expense of agriculture and food.
