Empirical Research of the Midwest Undertaking the Industrial Transfer Efficiency

摘要：

In the paper, we construct efficiency evaluation model of regional undertaking industrial transfer. By using principal component analysis method and taking relevant data in 2005-2007 as an example, we make objective evaluation about the situation of Midwest 17 regions in recent years to undertake industrial transfer, and get conclusion that the various regions has different efficiency of undertaking industrial transfer. Then we provide policy suggestions on regional undertaking industrial transfer by combining the growth caused by industrial transfer.
