A research on the cross-cultural adaptation of the new generation of migrant workers in the city

摘要：

With the fast development of industrialization and urbanization today, the new generation of migrant workers is not only an important part of Chinas urban industrial workers but the main force of developing urban and rural areas as a whole. To realize the citizenship of the new generation has significant meaningfulness in practice for a moderately prosperous society. As for the new generation, they can not really melt into the city life until they adapt to the city culture and complete the role transformation. In this thesis-, by using cross-cultural adaptation research method, the following idea is put forward that in the process of adaptation to the city, for new generations of migrant workers, only by adapting to the city culture can they finally transform their roles and truly blend into the city.
