It is very necessary to protect employees right on unilaterally terminating employment contract in the process of adjusting the industrial upgrading and economic structure. Employees right on unilaterally terminating employment contract means that employee is entitled to terminate an employment contract without employers consent, which is unilaterally decided according to their own wishes.
