Urban Mobility Employed Human Resources Development and Management Problems and Countermeasures

摘要：

By the number of urban migration employed persons increased, how to play the biggest advantage of this group has become a growing concern. In this paper, through analysis the faced status quo of urban flow employment , identify their problems of human resource development and management , then presents how this large segment of the population change into a huge human resources.
