Managerial Self-efficacy and Relative Researches

Researches and applications of managerial selfefficacy have become new research focuses on improving managers management level. In this paper, current researches and results on the concept of managerial self-efficacy, corresponding influential factors, relationships between managerial selfefficacy and managers job performance, organizational commitment, occupational stress are reviewed. In addition, researches on self-efficacy are gradually transferring from psychology, medicine to the management field; researches on the definitions, relationships and applications between self-efficacy and managerial self-efficacy are also gradually expanding; research method is also shifting from computer simulation to. field study.
