The Restrict impact of Corporate Cultural Rigidity on Radical Innovation and an Avoidance Mechanism
The corporate culture and radical innovation are considered as the two main ways to enhance the competitiveness of the corporate. However, the rigidity characteristic of corporate culture will have a negative impact on the radical innovation. This paper analyzes the origination of corporate cultural rigidity and its constraints on the radical innovation, then, on the purpose of improving the radical innovation, a theoretical framework was build based on organization learning mechanism.
