The Construction of Human Resource Management Model based on Enterprise culture
In this paper we develop an integrated approach towards Human Resource Management and Enterprise culture. Our central argument is that the construction of Human resources management should base on Enterprise culture. Firstly, this paper masters the research situations and the new developments home and abroad of this problem according to many international documents .And we analyze the problems existing in and research on development mode of Human Resource Management at present. Secondly, we discuss the relationship between Human Resource Management and Enterprise culture. Thirdly, the paper has proposed the construction of Human Resource Management based on Enterprise culture. In the end the paper has come to the conclusion that it is essential to construct human Resource Management based on Enterprise culture.
