Security System Building of Female Migrant Workers under the New Situation
Female migrant workers have become a hot issue in modern society. They play an important role in Chinas economic construction. This paper is based on the survival and the employment environment of women migrant workers, analyze the impact of female migrant workers employed and survival factors. From the aspect of improving labor market system, improving the social security system, improving the legal insurance system, and sounding policy mechanism, a set of methods to improve the survival and employment environment of female migrant workers are put forward. There is practical significance for protecting of the legitimate rights and interests of women migrant workers and improving their living standard.
