On Human Resource Management Innovation of Chinese Enterprises in Post-financial-Crisis Era-Based on the Case Studies of Haier Group
As Post- financial-crisis era is coming, the human resources development and management of Chinese enterprises present new challenges and tasks. Human resources are the primary resources for the survival and development of enterprises, and consequently, the philosophy of talent priority becomes the foremost strategy. If the Chinese enterprises want to take the advantage of human capital, not only should they have effective mechanisms for human resource development and utilization, but also they should have the philosophy of constant innovation in talent management. The paper mainly analyses and summarizes Haier Groups human resources development and its application based on empirical investigation, aiming to clarify talent management ideas and mechanisms of people-oriented, persistence in innovation in Haier Group, which is of enlightening value for other businesses in China nowadays.
