The Value of the Human Resources - The Analysis on Determinants of Executive Salary
Human resources in quoted corporation is always a focus of attention from scholars in all circles, and a hot topic in capital market, especially the executive pay is the core problem of the human resources value. This paper do the empirical research and sensitivity analysis on executive pay by considering the relationship between it and the company size, listed fixed number of year, ownership, the company performance ability, growth, the proportion of the independent directors and executives shareholding. Although the empirical results show that the executive pay system is still not complete enough at the present, but it has begun to improve gradually.
