Study of Human Resources Management in Innovation Enterprises
In a knowledge-based economy, innovation enterprises are the most dynamic enterprises in a country. For innovation enterprises, the crucial point of business competition is actually the competition of intelligence and talents. In this paper, relying on the characteristics of innovation enterprises, the constituent elements and management features of human resources in innovation enterprises are studied in detail firstly. Secondly the problems existing in the human resources management of innovation enterprises are analyzed. At last, some constant suggestions and countermeasures to strengthen the human resources management of innovation enterprises are put forward.
