The Research of Enterprise Management from the Perspective of Strategic Human Resource Management

Strategic human resource management takes human management as the core, which combines human resource management and strategic management. It adapted to the rapidly change in global environment, but also to the people-centered management trend of the 21st century. Strategic human resource management is also a direct response to the long-standing negligence of human resource management in Chinese enterprises, and the function of human in the enterprises development, the management progresses and so on.
