Research on the Effects of Transformational Leadership on the Effectiveness of Team Learning
After defining the connotations of transformational leadership and effectiveness of team learning, this paper analyzes comprehensively the effects of transformational leadership on the effectiveness of team learning, mainly using the qualitative research and literature study method. Due to essence of effectiveness of team learning, transformational leadership can affect effectiveness of team learning from various aspects via its characteristics. It can more not only make team learning results fit more the request of team learning goal, but also increase team learning results.
