Analysis of the Constitution of Entrepreneur Leadership and the Promotion Countermeasure
In order to deal with the intense global competition, entrepreneur leadership plays a more and more vital role in the enterprise long-time developing process. Through the analysis of the connotation, entrepreneur leadership is divided into two aspects: the authority leadership, the non-authority leadership, and proposed the corresponding integrant parts. This article proposes the important meaning of entrepreneur leadership in the enterprise development, as well as the effective promotion countermeasure in immediately environment.
