The Evaluation Model of Talent Competitiveness of City Based on Market and Output Views

Human resoures is the most fundamental resorusces in the development of human society which is dependent on a variety of resources, the most fundamental of human resources, other resources not only determine the development and utilization, and can not be compared with other resources and creativity can be developed. Using as a reference of relavent research, this paper proposes two conceptions: market competitiveness of city talent and output competitivenss of city talent, analysises the elements of the above conceptions, construcs the evaluation model of talent competitiveness of city based on market and output views, and elaborates the model and its inherent positive strengthen relation and negative feedback realtion.
