Study on Senior Staff Retention Challenges in Star Hotels

With the development of economy and improvement of society, the hotel industry is challenged by increasing competition. Modern equipment is not the only key point in winning this competition, but also outstanding service with high quality as well. At present, the great loss of senior staff is blocking the forward development of some of these star hotels. This article analyzes the causes of loss of senior staff, and proposes some countermeasures hoping to provide these hotels with effective suggestions in keeping their senior staff.
