Analysis on the Human Resource Management and Development of Modern Enterprise based on the Value Chain

The human resource is the most creative and potential resource, it is also the fountain of gaining and maintaining competitive advantage. Based on human resources value chain management standing as a bridge between human resource and competitive advantage, enterprise can acquire sustaining competitive advantage by accumulating customer value and satisfying customers. This paper proposes that human resource management should be value-oriented and focus on value source so as to realize the organic combination and virtuous circles of value creation, value evaluation and value allocation.
