New Thinking about the Regional Talent Management
Energetically promoting human development strategies and industriously improving the efficiency of talent management are strategy choice and fundamental guarantees of regional economic development. Regional talent management has become the key factor of promoting regional economic competitiveness. This paper analyzes negative factors which cause talents going away from working region and proposes regional talents draining influences stability of local human resource. We consider optimizing internal and external environment of talents employment and building butt joint of human resources management system and the market are main measures by system science ideology. Finally we make a summary about regional talent management methods.
