Research on Talents Cultivation of Landscape Design on the Scope of Outstanding Engineers

摘要：

This paper addresses some of the questions we face in landscape design talents training. We analyze the present situation of landscape design talents cultivation according to the conflict between employment and mechanic shortage in China. We show the practical training for professional strategy. These strategies or methods can solve the existing antinomy and promote Chinas design based on the reform of education, prompting the design talents to adapt to the social development and progress with industry needs.
