Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of Enterprise HR Development
Human resources development is receiving increasing attention from most governments and enterprises currently. How to maximize the development of human resources is the most important issue for every enterprise. To solve this problem, its necessary to deeply research the dynamic mechanism model of human resource development and identify the influencing factors of human resource development driving force and provide reference for our company to build an effective dynamic mechanism of human resources development.
