The Current Development and Construction of Highly Skilled Problems and Solutions
This paper combines the relevant statistical data, information with computer technology using the ideological line of factor analysis, correlation analysis, modeling, network analysis and other analytical methods and theory with practice to explore the current development and construction of highly skilled personnel problems, such as the overall status of highly skilled personnel is not high, the concept of community there is a deviation to skilled personnel; less technical schools, serious shortage of investment; enterprise training did not play the main role of highly skilled personnel and so on. Because of the very important and indispensable role of highly skilled personnel in social and economic development in China, I believe that the sound development of highly skilled personnel policy is to ensure the normal operation of our social and economic basis for this proposed new highly skilled personnel training system. Highly skilled personnel evaluation system reform and improve the incentive mechanism of some highly skilled suggestions and reached the following conclusion: only a constant exploration to the new methods and new measures for the development and construction of highly skilled personnel can fully play the positive role of highly skilled personnel and be conducive to the healthy development of social economy.
