Studio of Leadership in Human Resource Development - The Perspective of Potential Science and Information Person Theory

From the concept of potential as a whole intuitive element in Chinese culture, with the interpretation of the logic of western culture management analysis, established the theory model of leadership studies based on potential science and rational information person hypothesis. Analyzed the effective path to improve leadership, put forward the leadership management mode consisted of quality leadership, innovation leadership, summarized leadership and harmonious leadership. On the conception of open a effective approach for scientific and logic of leadership research.
